Spanish federation has rescinded a redcard given to Real Madrid star, Vinicius Junior.
 
The football authorities also punished Spanish La Liga club, Valencia over the racial abuse the Madrid winger suffered at the club’s stadium last weekend.

Nasarawa Police Arrest 26 Suspected Kidnappers, Cultists

Twenty-six suspects have been arrested by the Nasarawa State Police Command for various crimes such as kidnapping and cultism in the state.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel, who made the statement in the Lafia area of the state, said two victims recently abducted by suspected kidnappers were also rescued.

Samuel Adegoke, a student of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State has reportedly ended his own life by drinking some chemical substance after losing his fees and that of his friend to betting.

Punch gathered that the deceased reportedly used his school fee to play an online betting on Friday but lost.

Dr Etito Obadiah, a medical practitioner with the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Makurdi, Benue State, has recounted his unpleasant ordeal in his abductor's camp.

It was reported that Dr. Obadiah and nine other kidnapped victims were rescued on Monday, May 22, by the police who traced the abductors to their hideout in Gaya village of Utange Ward in Katsina-Ala LGA of Benue State.

Drama In Court As Falana Blocks Police From Charging Seun Kuti With Fresh Case

 

An attempt on Wednesday by the Police to arraign singer, Seun Kuti at the Sabo-Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos State has failed.
 
This followed the judge's refusal to allow Kuti be arraigned.
Kuti, who was released from custody on Tuesday night, had been on remand for six days on the orders of the court.
